Beautiful, high-quality solutions to real business problems. At a fraction of the usual cost.

I'm Yusuf Murad Disli. I conceive, design and build digital products end to end: the idea, the business case, the interface, the architecture and the launch. Almost 30 years of it, fluent in machine and fluent in boardroom.

Open to Product Owner and Business Analyst roles, and to consulting. Available now.

What I make.

Products I conceive, design and ship end to end, with AI as my engineering team. Real tools for real problems, built to the same standard as everything else on this page.

SlipLearn's flowline editor with a course of pages, a question and an ending

In development

SlipLearn

The next Authorware. A visual e-learning authoring tool where a whole course is one navigable flowline, with a slide-like canvas for the content, designed to export to any LMS.

The Visual Component Studio inside Adobe Experience Manager, styling an adventure card on the live canvas

Experiment, proof of concept

Visual Component Studio

A proof of concept that shows how I think about content platforms. In Adobe Experience Manager, a component is designed where it lives, on the live canvas, and its authoring dialog is generated from the content model instead of drawn by hand. No handoff between design and build.

Nod's welcome screen: your face is the mouse

Experiment

Nod

Your face is the mouse. A hands-free pointer for macOS, steered by your nose or eyes through the camera you already have, all on-device. A fresh take on a product I made years ago.

Also rolesieve, an open-source app that gathers Swiss job postings from official sources and ranks them against a profile. And this page: every color on it is calculated from the physics of anodized titanium.

What every project gets.

Beautiful.

Work people trust at first sight and enjoy using every day. Clean structure, calm interfaces, nothing that needs a manual. Good design is how people can tell a system was built with care. My rule for all of it is sophisticated simplicity.

Cost-effective.

I find the solution that removes cost instead of moving it somewhere else. Data cleansing at 5% of what the incumbent tool cost. A global campaign platform at under 20% of the competition. Websites up to 80% faster and cheaper to launch.

Superb quality.

Built for scale, scrutiny and the next person who has to extend it. More than 100 sites on one content model, 20 million messages a year, and regulated platforms with GVP and GDPR designed in from day one.

Real problems, solved.

The same approach inside large organisations. Every one of these started as a problem someone had learned to live with, and ended as a system that runs, scales and pays for itself.

100+

One platform for a hundred websites

The problem. Brands and markets across Roche were each building websites from scratch, paying again and again to solve the same problem.

What I built. I proposed and built the Website Accelerator, with the content model and component architecture designed first. One platform now serves the whole portfolio.

More than 100 global sites launched, up to 80% faster and cheaper.

20M+

Global engagement at a fifth of the price

The problem. Email and engagement tooling was expensive, fragmented and slow to roll out to new teams.

What I built. I made the case for Campaign Monitor, introduced it and scaled it into a global engagement platform, with the onboarding, governance and training to match.

20 million messages a year, 600+ teams and 2,000+ users, at under 20% of the cost of competing tools.

5%

Clean customer data for a twentieth of the cost

The problem. Global customer data migrations with complex architectures, and an expensive incumbent tool doing the cleansing.

What I built. A match-and-merge cleansing solution that did the same work reliably at scale.

Cleansing cost cut to 5% of the incumbent tool.

In-house

An image and video archive for a national housing agency

The problem. TOKİ needed to archive, find and reuse its growing library of images and video.

What I built. Instead of waiting for a product to buy, I conceived, proposed and programmed a web-based digital asset management portal from scratch, together with dynamic, database-driven boards.

A system the agency owned outright, built to its own workflow.

GVP

A regulated medical-information platform

The problem. Medical information and pharmacovigilance, where every record matters and every rule is audited.

What I built. I led the initial IT build of the platform, with GVP and GDPR architected in from the first requirement.

Compliance as a property of the design, never a patch after the audit.

Weeks

Manual work, automated away

The problem. Content and data operations full of steps people repeated by hand, every week, in every market.

What I built. Python, AppScript, low-code and LLM agent workflows that take those steps out of the process for good.

Weeks of manual effort removed, and teams free for the work that needs a person.

Machine Experience.

Your audience no longer meets your content on your channel. Search engines, AI assistants, automation pipelines and downstream systems get there first.

Content that is not structured, tagged and modular enough for those layers quietly fails, at scale, in every market you operate in. This is today's problem, and I have been solving it for years.

It is the lens behind every platform decision I make: localisation by design, metadata that serves the editor today and the machine layer tomorrow, architecture ready for whatever interface comes next. I call it Machine Experience, and it sits alongside human-centered design in everything I build.

Titanium’s color is never paint. It’s voltage.

Anodize titanium and nothing is added. No pigment, no coating. The current grows a clear oxide skin, and its thickness bends light into violet, blue, teal or gold. Raise the voltage and the color shifts; the metal stays titanium.

That is my career in one material. Eight titles, one capability underneath: see the system inside a scattered mess of pieces, propose the version worth building, then build it so the next person can extend it without friction.

“Most product people learned systems thinking from a course. I built the systems first, and did the job titles after.”

Yusuf Murad Disli, builder on the left, strategist on the right

The Builder

Hands-on with anything digital. Configures the CMS, structures the DAM, models the content, writes the Python script, wires the automation, cuts the video, builds the dashboard, prototypes in the tool before the meeting about the tool. If it lives in a digital stack, my hands have been inside it.

The Strategist

Generates the options, writes the business case, engineers the requirements, aligns stakeholders and manages expectations until delivery and adoption happen. Vision to backlog to shipped, with everyone still on board.

Most teams hire one or the other and spend a year translating between them. With me, the idea, the build and the buy-in come from the same head.

Every voltage step, in order.

1984

Programming before owning a computer

Urfa, age eleven

Graphics logic written out on paper, circuit diagrams drawn for machines I had not met yet. The rules came first and the hardware caught up. Everything since has been that same kid, with better hardware.

University

The engineer inside a design agency

Ankara, my cousin's graphics agency, then a photography lab

I was the one who made the designers faster. While studying at METU I built the complete technical architecture of a digital photography lab from scratch. The pattern was set early: walk into a craft, find the system inside it.

1997–1998

Hired as sysadmin, became a web designer

Sysadmin, then webmaster, CNA, Ankara

Hired for system administration, and within months one of the company's first web designers. I learn a machine by taking it apart until I know how it thinks.

On the side

Code into metal, literally

Freelance, during the CNA years, for a souvenir workshop in Urfa

The workshop engraved text onto copper trays by hand, letter by letter, in a circle. I wrote a CorelDraw script that set the text on a circular path automatically. Find the repetitive human step, replace it with logic, keep the craft. This page wears metal for a reason.

1998–1999

Interactive media, delivered on disc

Digital & Printed Media Specialist, Prost Production, Ankara

Database-driven interactive CD-ROMs in Authorware for corporate marketing. Concept, interface design, data model and scripting, shipped as complete experiences on disc.

1999–2006

Full-stack for governments and embassies

Webmaster, then full-stack lead, ADA Net, Ankara

Webmaster within a short time, then full-stack lead. Design, development, requirements and client consulting in one hand, across 200+ client sites including ÖSYM, TOKİ, the British and German Embassies and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, whose site won Gold at the Golden Spider Awards 2002.

2006–2008

Built TOKİ’s digital asset management in-house

Webmaster / IT Specialist, Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry, Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), Ankara

Took the client relationship in-house. Dynamic, database-driven boards and a web-based digital asset management portal for image and video archiving, conceived, proposed and programmed from scratch.

2008–2011

Into pharma, at global scale

Delivery Service & Project Manager, then Delivery Service Manager, F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Istanbul

E-marketing initiatives, product and patient websites and search campaigns, work that contributed to the team earning Roche's CEO and CIO Awards. Then global customer data migrations, where my match-and-merge cleansing solution cut the cost to 5% of the incumbent tool.

2011–2012

Running digital marketing delivery

Project Manager, Roche Digital Marketing Agency, Istanbul

E-marketing delivery end to end: new digital tools and platforms, product and patient websites, search engine marketing, with every piece of content held to brand, UX and SEO standards at once.

2013–2026

A platform portfolio, owned end to end

Business Analyst & Digital Product Owner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Basel

Thirteen years owning content platforms from vision to adoption. Proposed and built the Website Accelerator. Introduced Campaign Monitor and scaled it to 20M+ messages a year. Led the initial IT build of a regulated medical-information and pharmacovigilance platform under GVP and GDPR.

New current. New color. Same metal.

Every title change kept the same habit: structure the complicated thing so the next person can build on it. The next platform gets the same.
